So about a week ago, I decided to not re-enlist and to get out this March. Its a big decision after what will be by then, almost 6 years of service. You definitely become a little "institutionalized" after that long. I think I finally realized that if I did one more tour, I'd stay in for the full 20 and for me, that would be more ending up than intentionally living. Plus, I'm not a fan of living so far from family for the next 15 years.

So out I go.

Gonna' try this blogging thing.

So, I'm not a big fan of facebook but the blogging thing might be cool. I'll try to keep this up for all the fam and friends.
